Only days out of rehab, Britney Spears was admitted to Century City Hospital in Los Angeles Sunday afternoon for some emergency work on her tooth after experiencing significant pain in one of her molars.

Spears was seen leaving the hospital less than one hour later, reports www.hollywood.tv.

Britney was rushed to the emergency room in an Escalade SUV with her driver and a bodyguard. As soon as news of her admittance to the hospital broke, police were stationed outside the entrance in order to control the growing crowd of paparazzi, who were hot on a tip that the troubled singer had relapsed.
